Angels Softball Director with over 44 years of coaching experience in a variety of sports at the collegiate, high school and travel ball levels. Since 1999 he has been the Director of the Angels Girls Fastpitch Organization of SE Georgia where he has helped place over 225 players into collegiate programs. In 2018 he was recognized by the NFCA for eclipsing the 500 career win mark as a head coach in fastpitch softball. Ty is currently the National Showcase Tournament Division for the Softball Factory ans has been since 2013.  He was previously the Head Softball Coach at the University of SC Beaufort from 2011-13 where he compiled an 80-17 record, 1 Sun Conference Championship and an appearance in the NAIA Regionals.
